Working With Children Experiencing Psychic Activity - 3 Video Sessions
This is three, two-hour video sessions to work with children who are experiencing psychic activity. A higher number of children are growing up with psychic gifts presenting, and it’s often frightening for everyone involved. Especially as a mother, I'm very passionate about children getting the emotional, mental, and spiritual help they need, and when children start presenting with psychic gifts at young ages, many are scared to even tell their parents what's happening. Many who do talk to their parents find disbelief and even anger as a result. We have to support our children, to believe them, and when we have kids experiencing psychic activity, we need to get them the help they need.
I will teach the child to heal their energetic barriers regularly (weak or broken barriers are present in nearly every child with psychic activity presenting), as well as methods to tune out what scares and overwhelms them. I will work with the child and their parents and help as appropriate: working with the child to understand their gift/s so they’re not afraid, and either helping them learn control, or learn to tune it out entirely. (It’s heavily dependent on the child and family in question.) Always, their life is affected first and foremost, and their feelings will be taken into account for every step of the journey. In the cases in which we work to "turn off" or tune out gifts, the child will always be able to access them at an older age, if they wish to.
Parents or guardians will need to be present for some of this, and the amount depends on the age of the person I’ll be working with. For children under 14, parents will need to be present for most, if not all work we do!
For children from 14-17, I ask that the parent or parents be present for at least some of the first and last session. Their parent/s must consent by purchasing this on Etsy on their behalf and discussing it with me, but understand that I will not share anything from the one-on-one times with the parent/s unless I sincerely believe the child to be in danger. (Those who want their parent/s around for/aware of sessions are a different matter and that totally works for me! I just remind it's not about the parents when we're working with kids, it's their life affected first and foremost, so everything needs to be about their comfort.)
In every case, parents must consent, and I care very much about working with parents and possibly siblings of the child, to ensure everyone is being supportive and encouraging. How well psychic and overly intuitive children do really has everything to do with their environment at home. The difference between support and disbelief is often the difference between safety and disaster.
The first session will be heavily introductory: I’ll work to get to know both child and parent/s, to understand their lifestyle and needs, and what we're hoping to achieve. Some people want to understand their children’s gifts so they can be honed and used with intention, and this is lovely and I’m happy to help. Some children want the gift turned off entirely, and I will also help with this, with the promise it can always be re-encouraged at an older age if desired. I’ll go through an assessment of how much of a detriment this currently is, and likely teach the child a few very short and easy protection and barrier techniques, as well as calming, centering, and feeling safe and brave.
The second and third session will be heavily personalized, per the child in question, their family and lifestyle, and what we’re hoping to achieve! In every case, I’ll teach the child techniques to stay safe, to heal and cleanse their energetic barriers, and to keep unwanted experiences out.
The child and/or their parents can contact me anytime to work through anything going on, or just to talk about any of it! I know how overwhelming this can be, and I’m here for you. When I work with children, very often, they feel terrified and unsupported more than they feel anything else. Most important is making sure they know we believe them, want to help them, and care about their safety above all. As a mother, and from working with so many parents, I know parents don’t usually mean to be un-supportive, but are terrified themselves and just want their children to be safe. We all have the same goals: the health and happiness of the kiddo! Together, we can make it happen even with kids who currently wrestle with the otherworldly.
